Shipping - All orders are shipped via USPS ground and will arrive in about 4-5 days.
Refunds
For your first order - We want you to give our coffee a try! If you're not satisfied, we'll happily give you a refund.
If it's not your first order - Coffee is a perishable item and we cannot offer refunds unless there's an issue with shipping such as damage or the wrong item being sent.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any issues with your order for a refund to be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
